Michelin 4S 285/35/20 and 345/30/20 on stock BE wheels

Can anyone confirm that this can be done on stock 13 BE wheels with stock suspension? I wanted the 335s but they seem to be on back order. Dont want any issues or buyers remorse.

People used to cram 335/30 MPSS onto factory 11” rear wheels. Those looked mighty muffin-topped to me. Haven’t seen anyone do it with 345/30 4s, though.
