I have no idea here. I think it's simply a function of the aerodynamics and driving on dusty surfaces. The road to my house is unpaved, so yeah, my car stays clean for about 10' of driving.

Yeah, it kind a sucks...I figured someone had come up with a dust repellant product more than ceramic coating by now

haven't seen a miracle solution to this yet and running catless doesn't help. i believe some folks PPF wrap the rear end which will allow for more abrasive solvents/compounds to be used on the protective film. that and waxing the crap out of it so you always have a layer inbetween the paint/clearcoat surface and the debris.
