Good deal. A couple years ago, I paid $107 for a married unit on Ebay. Cost another $500 to get Cobb to unmarry it. ($607 total) I waited 3mo for that price.

That one had minimal wear, but it was definitely older than 6mo. Very rarely do they have wear, since they're only used when loading a new map, OR when unmarrying from car.
Then in the future, you simply use the steering wheel to quickly swap maps on the fly, with the car running. (Directions @end)

EBAY: MARRIED UNITS
On Ebay, the married units can sell for <$100 (if seller forgot to put a starting price), since there's not many people bidding on em. Usually first bid gets. These aren't common, and require you to setup Ebay alerts & be VERY patient. Maybe 1 unit every 3-6 months, or at least that was the case @late 2017.

But, more often than not, the seller starts married units @ $200-300. Sometimes even $500. And, the buyers never realizes they need to spend another $500, unless you get an honest seller that states this.
(Less than half the sellers)

EBAY: UNMARRIED UNITS

The used unmarried units sell for $450 (very rarely), all the way up to $750. These sell much faster than married units, as many people don't know you can quickly unmarry them by calling Cobb & paying via PayPal. They simply email you a tiny file to load to the accessport [via app normally used to load apps to it], immediately after they get the PayPal.

BE CAREFUL, AS SOME SELLERS WILL NOT STATE THAT IT IS MARRIED!  MAKE SURE TO ASK, IF NOT STATED. Also ask if they're a gtrlife/gtrheritage member. They'll often sell it to you this way,  on the forums, as they lose 13% in fees on Ebay. They'll also negotiate.

HISTORIC PRICES: EBAY/FORUMS

Just as you will always check old gtrheritage/ gtrlife threads for past prices sold on here. You can check historic ebay prices by searching the model# OR Cobb accessport gtr OR accessport gtr OR Cobb gtr. And create alerts at the same time, for each, to get notified when a new listing is posted.

EBAY: NEW LISTINGS/PRICE ALERTS
Once you search one of the above, choose "sold listings" from the options on the side of the search page. Then, save the search & create alerts by sms/email/Ebay APP/Ebay messages...I believe. The app option seems to be the fastest. Then, search the next wording & repeat.

NOTE:
Be careful not to use the app to search historic prices, as it will automatically tick the Completed Listings at the same time & not allow you to untick it, without unticking Sold Listings also.

With the website, it may autotick Completed Listings also. However, it will allow you to untick it w/o unticking Sold Listings.

SWAPPING MAPS W/ STEERING WHEEL, ON THE FLY.
(•Press cancel for cruise control, it has to be off before starting.
•Then, simply press the up/down buttons for speed...ie. resume/set buttons.
•You will see the boost gauge change upon doing this correctly.
•Simply keep hitting up/down till you get to the map of your choice.)
