I’ve been spazzing around the last couple of weeks looking for a daily drivable turn key type “super car”. Finally settled on this:

Front end was “lifted” when I took this.

Car was built by MSO with a bunch of cool MSO options. It’s got some quirks being a British car, but overall it’s pretty amazing. Light, solid as hell, fast as fuck. But the suspension is a dream! Flat yet absorbs bumps! I’ll post some better photos after it’s cleaned up.

Thank you guys.

I’ve been driving the car all weekend. Even in the rain. What is the most shocking about the car is that the tub is so rigid, the car is so flat, yet the suspension is so compliant. It’s ability to absorb road imperfections while remaining flat is otherworldly. I can tell that the tub being so rigid really allows the suspension to do its job.

The engines torque curve is dialed back big time to make it more linear, and “street friendly”. I do plan on tuning the car in the very near future, and understand that there’s a good 80-100 HP and torque on the table. From a much lower RPM.

Yes please! I’m ready to tune this sucker!

NO!!! It has so many cool features, some very useful, some very “extra”, but no damn garage door opener.

It’s definitely quirky in many ways. But overall, it’s an amazing car where it matters most.

Monday going in for a full dyno tune with Mitch Mckee. I’ll have a baseline vs tuned on 91 octane graph to share with everyone. No hardware modification.

Being that the Dynapack that my NISMO was tuned on tends to read higher than this dyno, I’d say they’re making the same power. Only this thing weighs 800 pounds less...

Now the GTR puts the power down better. That I can’t dispute.

Nice!

I feel like on the stock curve at just above 4,000 RPMs the ECU nannies go "let's dial down that torque a tad" and then a moment later "nahhhh let's add it back."  Tuned.  Just natural swell and then taper off as the snails run out of flow.

Like others have said, they dialed in comfort and predictability from the factory whereas tuned just let's it behave buck wild!
