I have a barely used Cobb AP with all original packaging and accessories. It still has clear protection film on it. It does not show the TCM Uninstalled portion like some access ports do because I added that license at a separate time. The way to tell it has the TCM license is the last digit on the part number ends with an 8. If it did not have the TCM license it would end with a 7. If your are unsure please call Cobb to verify that if you want. I’m asking $850 plus shipping. Payment via PayPal
