I've been playing with the idea of getting a deionizing system for washing the cars. The idea of not having to dry the car completely is nice.

I'm contemplating either the CR Spotless or Griot's system.
Do they work as advertised? Does the expensive resin last a reqsonable amount of time?

Never heard of them but they look like an almost exact copy of CR Spotless and more expensive lol

If you haven’t already bought one the deionized water works great. +100* & sunny still works perfect. I have a CR Spotless setup and the resin can go pretty quick depending on if you use it just for the final rinse or for the whole wash. With these temps I found it best to use it the whole wash especially when washing my truck or wife’s suv. The cartridges can add up so I’ve been looking for a more efficient setup too. Found this guys setup and now use the cr spotless upgrade and it works just as well. Went ahead and picked up their DI Rinse Pro 100 that I’m that I’m going to mount in cabinets that I’m building in the garage. Might take a look at them as well.
