I think I have found some fuel filters to use in the stock baskets after a full night internet searching:

Been working with enshiu on my car for the past 2 days. This guy is a mad scientist. He knows his stuff about GT-Rs. We spent the past few days changing brakes, rotors and upgrading my  gotboost full intercooler piping. Enshiu will post pics of my car later.

Hello Enshiu,

Why not try Airtex FS3 (note: FS3 is the exact name, do not buy the FS38, you'll have the same orientation issue)? There was a thread about it on GTRlife.

All you have to do is cut the metal mount off (easy to do with a pair of cutters - just keep snipping bits away until you can take out the inside metal piece) and then take the plastic mount inside the OEM fuel strainer and insert it into the FS3 fuel strainer. This should clip back in place with no gaps. Watch out for the little plastic notch, they are oriented opposite, so the primary and secondary filter won't be mounted incorrectly. If you can't fit it back flush, it is likely the plastic notch isn't inserted into the respective hole.

Cheers (p.s. I've read a few threads with your posts and found it helpful, thanks for being active and posting some good details for us!)

Yes, that's a similar one! I read another guide on a different forum (GTR Life) but basically uses the same filter. The FS3!

I did the same thing and no dramas. Went on perfectly.
