With the “OK” from the wifey and after many years of saving; I was able to finally work out a build package that suited my budget with Doug @ WGP! Doug has been EXTREMELY patient and accommodating with me, answering all of my questions and concerns for the build. Since I live 191miles south from his shop and it’s pouring outside, Doug has offered to pick up my GTR in his enclosed trailer! That’s good customer service right there! I will update this thread as the build progresses, but below are pictures of the build invoice

As scheduled! Doug shows up, right on-time! Few minutes later, the car is loaded, strapped down and off they go!

Are you going to be running a 12 Injector setup on your Elite Plus Build?   ??

Me too Tim LOL

Are you going to be running a 12 Injector setup on your Elite Plus Build?   ??

yep, it's purely Tuner preference....I know it's overkill for my setup, but I've been promised OEM idle and that was the contributing factor.

Eventually once I get the supporting Transmission, ~13xx. Will keep TQ around 800ft/lbs until then.

Any reason you didn't go with the AMS brushless?

Cool, I'm sure I'm going to love it!  But will be sure to give feedback!

Hi Shawn!  AMS Brushless was one of my choices, but it always comes down to a budget ;)

You're right.  But I just wondered.  At what may be your landed power level the Fore Triple may be fine.  I guess I just like the AMS systems, but they are pricey by comparison

I like the simplicity of the Fore, especially when paired with a Visconti plug and play hardwire kit... nothing to program, nothing to splice, no hobb switch, oem prime cycle and cranking, etc.

The Fore system supports more power than the brushless.... and its starts without fuel flow issues.

We like the Fore much better.

Best of luck with the build man!  We have never made 1300hp on those turbos except once so I doubt that will happen but they should do tall 1200s all day if things are built right.

I hate the 12 injector idea.. but everyone has their preference.

I have only analyzed these at a distance for a "future" possible, and have no personal experience.

Two very respected opinions to me make me think if I ever get those elites that I'm dreaming about I will be adding the Fore setup to support them.

And its this kind of information that got me to ask the question in the first place.

I had problems with the Fore on the road course with fuel starvation.  That was one of the reason for the brushless for me

the brushless fits in the stock location.  I haven't tested it yet obviously but hoping wont have starvation.

I had the Fore Triple but then had to get the full blown pump and tank that fit in the battery compartment to help this.

Not sure, but also I had the fire, so maybe higher fuel temps with this?  (we did remove one of the fore pumps since we had the Full blown)
