I hope this is the right section. I have a set of Aftermarket wheels and I want to keep my oem wheels/tyres for track days etc and was wondering can I get a set of non oem ones like the ones r35tt sell and have both tuned to the car at the same time with no malfunction lights. Pic attached for reference:

"cloning" the set you have is an expensive option.  The ECU will only store one set for the GT-R.

Best bet is to buy a good set of aftermarket or Nissan ones and reprogram them when you switch tires.  It isn't too hard, but can be tricky if you want to be cheap or not put out the effort.
