Do you have any Clarion contact info to share in case this happens to any of us again?
Yes it did, I called the place in LA and realized quickly that they’re just a typical stereo repair/install shop. That prompted me to call a couple of stereo shops nearby and find one that said they could help. All I know is that they sent it off to Clarion for the repairs - it wasn’t something they could fix in-house. They didn’t give me the contact info or any details about where to reach Clarion. I’m not sure if Clarion will work with the end customer directly.
