Oil changes if you run E need to be more consistent than a stock engine.

Plugs I would say depending on how you beat on it every 15k or so.

Looking so forward to helping you with this man!

Thank you for the reply. I'm feeling better about this move with the car as every day goes on. If you don't mind me asking how is the maintenance with your build as far as oil changes, trans and diff fluid, spark plug, etc?

Maintenance has honestly been a breeze.  Because i find myself taking the car to a fair number of events i try to do an oil change after each or every other event,  its just kinda cheap insurance.   I have not had to change plugs yet or much else yet.

I live pretty close to TSM so they handle any maintenance on the car. Cicio knows my car better than I know it myself with regards to how many miles are on it and where it is within maintenance cycles so I just let him direct the show in all aspects.

Its a very fun car, you'll really enjoy the build!

Thank you for chiming in cicio. I'm beyond excited to get this going. As soon as I have the rest of the funds hopefully in a few weeks I'll be heading your way. Thank you for all your help along the way and can't wait to get this new journey going!

I sure will post a build thread. Lol to say I'm excited is an understatement. We will call this phase 1. My car stayed stock for less than a week so fbo was phase "give her some life." This will be phase "if it kills me I'll atleast die happy."

Everybody who knows me knows I can't leave anything alone lol my truck is at it's limits for the fuel. 6.7 powerstroke, my evo if I would have finished it would have been over 1100 weighing at under 2500 lbs, both my jeeps are lifted and exterior modded, gtr felt left out lol

Wrangler is when I bought it a month ago. It's tore apart in my shop currently getting lifted, black hinges, full exhaust, intake, complete front end redo and a few other small things. The black Cherokee is basically my economical mud slut lol it goes thru hell. I've had to pull it out with my rzr a few times haha

Most people run stock suspension. I had JRZ's and went back to stock.

stock shocks get the job done pretty well.    Only thing you may consider is some SPL suspension parts for the rear end to get the alignment to an optimal place for the strip.   The stock Camber adjustment doesnt allow enough adjustment to get to an optimal place.   You can still cut a good time without the SPL parts but if you want to start fighting for better times you'll need to help from the SPL parts.

Good luck!

Thank you for the info. I'll probably stick with the stock shocks and change down the road later on. What's the normal 60 with stock shocks? I cut 1.4s now but with more power I'm sure it'll spin and go back to 1.5s until dialed in properly
