Ok, this may be a stupid question, but I'm still learning about the various aspects of the fueling system, so please forgive me if the answer is obvious.
The GTR has a primary pump and a sub pump. From what I've read, the primary pump has 3 voltage steps and controlled by the pump control module. The secondary pump only has a fixed voltage step, and comes in under high load.
What signal do these pump controllers use to determine the appropriate voltage or when to activate the secondary pump? I'm assuming it's not reading any fuel pressure signals (since fuel pressure sensor kits are needed to datalog actual fuel pressure).
