Sounds good, I believe you're right about the plugs being the same since the weigh sensor are identical. I'll probably order one as well.

Did you also get two bell u turn harnesses? I tried using the 2 ohm resistors, but it kept getting loose.

I found some resistors on eBay that someone. Ace that is a perfect plug and play. I'll try to find the original link

That connector looks the same as the connector on the steering lock harness and also used on one of our autoshift harnesses. If you have problems getting those units we might be able to help.

Do you have this in your car now?  Which light does it actually keep off?

**I was tired of the lights myself.  The Works Bell item doesn't work in 2014+ GTR's.  There is a thread on GTR Life about all this somewhere and I ordered some items that were suggested there.  The company that makes them, charges quite a bit, has one for the "bonnet" hood as some of the car over seas has a light for that too.  I ordered that and obviously didn't need it but the site I ordered from is unclear.  The other part they sell keeps the red flashing light off in the dash, which is the one that annoyed me most.  The occupancy sensor, this is the light under the radio, I fixed by buying a used lower seat cushion from a Nissan Maxima, I cut it open, took the sensor our, plugged it directly into the GTR plug and stuffed it under the passenger seat.

I'll try and find the thread on life and link it here.

This is the link to what I bought.  I see they have a better description up there now but it still sucks.

I ordered the Side air bag and it works.  I also ordered the passenger air bag, not the bonnet like I had said, and it did NOT work.  That's when I bought the Maxima  seat bottom from Ebay and I'd love to take that out and use something else.

It's because Japanese spec GT-Rs have a completely different airbag system than the US. Japanese-spec cars do not have dual-stage airbags, thus no passenger weight sensor in the cushion.

It would be a nice idea for them to say JDM use only, I've got this part on my desk and no use for it.

If you use one of these to cancel the passenger occupancy sensor will the bag still go off in an accident? I have a flashing air bag light and always says the passenger seat is not occupied

My understanding is they simulate a passenger being present and hence the airbags should still work in an accident. There is normally a warning against using these devices if children or child seats are going to be used in the seat as the airbags will still go off.

David, you need both that resistor and the airbag occupancy censor aka POS (passenger occupancy sensor).  Originally you had to get the sensor from an old seat, but that gadget I linked with the white prong is new compared to when I found the POS from a junk car.  I plan to try it out soon but it looks to be the correct connector.

correct.  Doing the POS and resistor gets rid of the annoying flashing light on the dash board and "supposedly" still allows the airbags to fire in case of an accident.

Let us know if that piece gets rid of the airbag light down under the radio please!

Just need two. The resistor and POS for the passenger side. One resistor for the drivers.

Endless-R is a Japanese company that only sells to the Japanese market, they don't have any experience with (or for that matter, care about) export markets. Unfortunately, you ordered something from a random drop shipper that just lists parts and doesn't know anything about GT-Rs, so they're definitely not going to know that type of information either.

As 7racer mentioned, you have to gut a Nissan / Infiniti seat cushion and keep an occupancy sensor plugged in at all times to remove the light.

The second sentence wasn't directed at you, it was for other people looking to add aftermarket seats to their car that might be curious what they need.
