Can someone explain the geometry and roll center etc to me??

Not sure we should further muck up this thread with a general geometry discussion, perhaps I'll start a thread...

In simplistic terms its the theoretical point around which the body of the car rolls when subjected to a lateral load. How much the car rolls is a function of the difference  in heights of the roll center and the center of gravity. Generally when you lower the car, you lower the CG, but because you are also changing the suspension geometry you can wind up lowering the Roll center even more making the car roll more for a given lateral load.  Roll center correction adjusts the geometry to put the roll center back in a more favorable place when the car is lowered. The way the stock gtr upright is built doesn't let you do this "The normal way".

There is a heap more material and machine work so expect above AUD$6000 a pair.

Does anyone know if the R32-34 front splines on the outer CV are the same size as the R35? I know they are a both a 27 spline part but just dont have the two here to measure.

We're doing an R32-34 upright too and the inherent front wheel bearing issues from these cars mean if we can replace the wheel bearings with a bolt-in unit from the R35 (if the splines are the same) then we have a good chance of fixing those issues.

We've been flat out getting jobs out the door. 5 EVO based uprights, 5 STi based uprights and 4 sets of bespoke uprights in the last few weeks. But next week we'll put a bit more focus into the GTR stuff. Usually post updates on Facebook and also our website.

Flat out juggling projects, but here is our scan! Off to Japan next week to meet some clients so busy working on a fe other projects that need to be finalised before I go, but these are next on the list. We've also been working on the R32-34 upright which has already been designed...
