And their owners would kick your Oklahoma trailer shop owners arse!

stop by Jotech real quick to take a look at the trailer!

Looks like they got everything perfectly set.  I can now mount four tires into the rack and get my Bendpak in there.

The trailer was put in the corner and I didn't want to move it out just for pictures.

I'll grab some more pics after I pick it up with the Model X and tow it to the storage place at the end of the month.

Feeling a little jealous. I'd like to drive my street tires to the track and switch to my R comps.

well, I got the trailer back from the shop and into my storage parking space.

The COOL part is that I used the Tesla to tow it!!!!!  Bad part is the GTR isn't done so couldn't use it to test tow the trailer.

All and all the trailer looks great!  It's WIDE, but light since made all of aluminum.

Here are some pics of the trailer with the X!!

here is a cool thing...the Model X has a tow mode that when you connect the 7 wire or 2 wire plug into the socket the X goes into Tow mode that stabilizes the car in case of sway etc..

you can also run the rear camera to keep track of the trailer.

thanks man!

hey to everyone out there.  I have a problem.  As you can see from the pictures, he used bolts to hold the tire and the jack area down. So to remove it, I need to undo the bolts.

Not a huge deal but a PITA.  Is there a quick release pin or something I can get?

Anyone point me in the right direction?

Be careful of clevis pins if there is any lateral load.  Clevis pins are great if there are shearing forces against the shaft of the pin, but anything that is pushing hard side to side can shear off the cotter pin.

I'm not so sure about that top picture.  Might want to be careful.

The lower picture will be fine with a pin. I can't tell how much lateral load the top bolt is getting. I was thinking a hood pin.

The only thing about the trailer is that I needed a rack to carry fuel jugs.

Found this while searching that had great reviews.

http://www.motorcycl...acing-jug-racks

Not a bad price and included all the mounting hardware and a lock to secure the jugs!

enjoy the picks.

I' think his trailer is nice. If he has enough room he may want to have a aluminum fuel tank built for it. Maybe a 30 gallon tank.
