.CSV attachments now allowed for posting Cobb and EcuTek logs

We have enabled uploads of .csv log files from Cobb and Ecutek now so that users can post log files for review if they wish to.


Is your tune safe? Post a log and find out.


Credit to Ian for the idea and we may make this a sub-forum if people use it.
