UGR showed its billet block over a year ago

UGR is using the Willall billet block i think. Atleast the photo they shared is from the Wilall block.

Is this client a big power methanol car who’s tired of chucking head gaskets?

 

Its a block for a client that has their own specific requirement. A few of the different US guys have their own head-gasket sealing systems that they have developed and use. Its our job to give them exactly what they want, and since we are the manufacturer, we are MORE than happy to accommodate special requests - makes the in-house engineering team work for their pay check!

Willall any updates on the redesigned bell housing? That damn rattle needs a 100% permanent fix.

While your at it how about some direct port billet heads for the VR38 with nuematic valves like the Koenigsegg freevalve motors. More power higher RPM and lighter more compact package. Eliminate the use of cams all together. I forgot where koenigsegg gets the actuators for the valves but I have seen a 5 cylinder Volvo engine retrofitted with a custom head with this tech and it’s very impressive.

I think with those turbos most folks have done 4.1. 7racer has a 4.3 with the 3584RS which is close to that setup but a hair bigger but smaller than pro1900

Given that few shops are pushing Pro2200 to its limit on stock block, I opted to stick with the Stock Block TSM race 4.4 Block with my Pro1700, with A/R of 1.03.

Should have data soon as my car is still waiting at TSM for the Motec. About 60 days lead time, 35 days down though!
