This car comes to us all the way from Taiwan!!! The customer shipped it across the ocean to get some TSM love. I have to say it was a very big honor to receive this build from an international customer. We have done builds where someone buys the car in the US, sends it to us then we build it and ship it, but this was the first where the customer actually shipped the car over. Isaac (the owner) has been simply a joy to work with as he is extremely passionate about the car and the industry in general. Lots of middle of the night texts and emails due to the time change but I can honestly say I enjoyed every bit of it.
As for the build this is one of the nicest A12 builds we have ever done, and frankly probably my favorite GT-R setup I have ever driven. The setup is a 4.4ltr TSM engine with our custom Diamond billet pistons, Manley rods and a Sonny Bryant billet crankshaft. Obviously our head package with Kelford cams and Ferrea valve train. Of course with all our builds it is sporting a Shep Stage4 tranny. The rest of the hard parts I will list below but that is the meat and potatoes of the car.
This thing made more power on a lower boost setting then we have ever seen out of an A12! OVER 1300whp @ 33PSI on C85 and 1100HP on pump 93 @ 26PSI! The car is an absolute animal! As you can see below on the graph it is making over 500tq @ 3200RPM. Driving this car is nuts! The off boost response is ridiculous, rolling into the throttle on the highway there is instant response! And with the Motec M1 controlling this baby it lays power to the ground so so smooth and just rolls the hell out!
We are so very excited that Isaac elected to take delivery of his car at TX2K14 and fly from Taiwan for the weeks festivities. He has made some awesome friends in this community over the past year or so and we are all excited to get to hang out for the week and watch him enjoy this nasty machine! Look for this car at the TSM camp and rolling the streets of Texas i'm sure every night
Awesome!! I really can't wait for Texas now. Thanks to everyone at TSM especially Cicio and Ryan for all those back and forth emails. Also thanks to AMS for the badazz parts, and of course thanks to the GTRHeritage compadres!!
