Front Caliper bolts:
Upper - M12 x 1.5 122mm long
Lower - M12 x 1.5 101mm long
Middle - M8 x ? 116mm long

Rear bolts are the same as the lower fronts. You can find all of them at mcmaster.com aside from the upper fronts. 122mm is longer than any normal supplier will make. :(

Thanks Elf.

No longer have a car to go out and yank them off of and measure.  Fortunately for my old back my M5 brakes don't take as much maintenance.

Put on one front of the 400mm brakes today - ordered all new oem bolts which were less than $5 each. All are measuring 4-5mm longer than my cba bolts.

Update: rear caliper bolts are the same on cba/dba. I ended up using lower allen bolts from the fromt which are about 10mm longer. Ordered. A second set- $3.50 per bolt. Big savings compared to aftermarket bolts sold
